The epitome of reliability, our “Daily Driver” big block has the same Merlin 4-bolt main block, 4340 forged steel crank and rods as our higher powered engines, but come equipped with a cylinder head, intake manifold (dual plane), carburetor and camshaft package designed for daily driving and economical operation. It has a 454 cubic inch displacement and an impressive 475 foot lbs. torque. Great for swapping into Classic Pick-Ups. Dyno-tested and backed by a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
